How Hungry Are You?
We’ve been waiting for what seems like for-e-ver, but it’s almost here. The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is ready to burn up the box office and both campuses are heading to the theatre. Do you volunteer as tribute?
District 12’s Katniss and Peeta are back, along with some new tributes for the 75th Annual Hunger Games (Quarter Quell) in the second installment in the triology, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. And what better than to watch this revolution than with your Pace friends?
On November 20, P.A.C.E Board and POP TV are co-sponsoring an early screening of the film at Regal Battery Park. $10 Pace student tickets are available and $12 for faculty, staff, alumni, and guests. All proceeds go to ending hunger. Visit http://tinyurl.com/pacehg to get your tickets fast.
On the Westchester Campus, PLV’s Programming Board is taking you to Mamaroneck at midnight for Hunger Games at City Center 15: Cinema de Lux. Buses will pick students up at Briarcliff at 10:45 p.m. and then from North Hall at 11:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased here.
Hurry now, before tickets sell out…and may the odds be ever in your favor!
