Omega Phi Beta will open up your eyes and minds as they present their 5th Annual Week of Illumination in PLV.
Join the sisters of Omega Phi Beta as they host a series of events focusing on the five senses as part of their Week of Illumination.
Monday, February 24
Join OPB for a discussion about the assumptions we make when we hear certain labels, words, and stereotypes.
Tuesday, February 25
Under the Influence will feature a conversation about what we see in movies and music videos and how they shape our society.
Wednesday, February 26
Shades of the World will feature sweet scents from food of different cultures during Common Hour for only $3.
Wednesday, February 26
Later that evening, join the sisters for a taste of activism at S%#! Walk, a march through campus fighting the acceptance of rape culture.
Thursday, February 27
Scars can be physical, emotional, or mental. We must first identify our realities and start the process of healing.
Finally, on Saturday, March 1, join Omega Phi Beta at their 5th Annual Banquet from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. in the Gottesman Room. Admission is $15 per person or $105 per table. Register here.
