Residence Halls

Living on campus can be an extraordinary learning experience and can help define a student's college experience. We offer a variety of housing options as well as different themed floors and programming to serve students' interests. Study and sleep in one of more than a dozen residence halls!

NYC Campus

Currently, there are four residence halls that offer New York City students a variety of housing options. First year students can live in Maria’s Tower, a traditional style residence hall, which is located in the main tower of the NYC campus. First year students can also live in 182 Broadway, a suite style building which is located just a short walk away from 1 Pace plaza. Upper-class and Graduate students are placed in 33 Beekman or 55 John Street which are both suite style buildings and short walk from 1 Pace Plaza.

Plus, programming and theme floors allow students to explore and experience Pace and New York City with students who share similar interests.

The ivy-covered coed Dow Hall, which offers up a pool table and game room, gives students a prime Briarcliff location and sense of community.
