Nursing Alumni – apply now for the Alexander Gralnick Research Award.
Nursing alumni can apply for the Alexander Gralnick Research Award - for psychiatric and mental health nursing research and psychosocial research – (up to $5,000). Applications are due November 10, 2015 for the fall.
Nursing Alumni – apply now for the Dean’s Alumni Award for Outstanding Professional Contribution.
The Dean’s Alumni Award for Outstanding Professional Contribution recognizes a graduate of the Lienhard School of Nursing who has demonstrated outstanding contributions to the profession of nursing that reflect the core values of Pace University College of Health Professions: Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, Cultural Competence, and Scholarship. Candidates can self nominate or be nominated by someone else. The awardee will be recognized at the Annual Lienhard School of Nursing Recognition Ceremony in May 18. More info coming soon.
Nursing Alumni - apply for the "Grow Our Own" Program
We are pleased to announce the continuation of our “Grow our Own” program for Lienhard alumni who will be supported to attend a doctoral program in nursing with the intent to become LSN faculty members upon completion of the degree. We are seeking Master’s prepared Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing graduates of either the BS or MS program, who are from traditionally underrepresented groups in nursing, i.e. African American, Hispanic American, American Indian, Asian, and male. Applicants should have: expertise in a clinical specialty; expertise in evidence-based practice and cultural competence; and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in direct patient care. Candidates will have the potential to be successful in doctoral study and a strong interest in the faculty role. To learn more, click here.
