Join Pace University Law School's Energy Climate Center, the Consulate General of Canada in New York, The Québec Government Office in New York and the Province of Ontario for a wide-ranging and timely discussion of the various policies, regulations, programs, and partnerships available to New York State as it strives to meet its goal of reducing greenhouse gas emission by 80 percent from 1990 levels by 2050 (“80 by 50”).
