The Pace Perk Cafe was founded by students in 2010, and today is a successful student-operated business on the Pleasantville campus, located in the basement of Martin Hall. Affectionately referred to as "The Perk” on campus, this business is a late night cafe that serves hot/cold beverages, snacks and hot foods. The Pace Perk Cafe also hosts weekly events, has free giveaways, and is open every night of the week from 9:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. For more information, visit the Center for Student Enterprise Web site at www.pace.edu/lubin/students/cse.

The Management Department supports a variety of extra-curricular activities including INFORMS (the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences) at the undergraduate level, which interests both management science majors and finance majors, and the Pi Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Iota Delta, the national honor society in the decision sciences, and the Pace Zeta Pi Chapter of Sigma Iota Epsilon, an honor society in management.
We have a club for management majors, the Lubin Business Association, and for international management majors, the International Management Organization. Further, we have a Pace Chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management for our human resources management majors. Hospitality and Tourism majors may join the Hospitality and Tourism Association (HATA) to gain educational experience beyond their coursework. For our highly rated entrepreneurship program, we offer the Pace Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs, the Pace Pitch Contest, where students have the opportunity to "pitch" their ideas for entrepreneurial activity and win awards for their ideas. For all majors, we offer field trips to other countries which enhance their understanding of other cultures and the differing business approaches in the world.
