Don’t miss a color run, tie dye, colorful bracelet making and more as part of a bright week of 50 Days and 50 Nights events!

Nothing looks better on sunny spring days in PLV than bright colors! Spread happiness and liven up campus with a color run, tie dye, colorful bracelet making, and much more as part of SDCA’s 50 Days and 50 Nights!

Here’s a look at what’s coming up:

Monday, April 17

Relay for Life Auction
9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. | Gottesman Room
A real-lay great fundraiser leading up to the big day, the Relay for Life Auction is an opportunity for students, staff, and faculty to come and bid on auction items donated to and/or purchased by Colleges Against Cancer. All proceeds go to Relay for Life. Some of the biggest items auctioned off last year included a Fit Bit Bracelet, an Xbox One, a JBL speaker, and more!


Tuesday, April 18

Interview Workshop
Also, April 19, 25, and 26 | 3:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m. | Kessel Conference Room A/B
Are you preparing for upcoming interviews? Have questions about what to say and what employers will ask so you can land an offer? Come to the Career Center’s interview workshops to be prepared and ready to take on every interview with confidence.

Women’s Lacrosse vs. New Haven
7:00 p.m. | Pace Stadium
In this match up, our strong Setters will attempt to send Charlie the Charger of the University of New Haven running out of town.


Wednesday, April 19

IRS Presentation
12:10 p.m.–1:10 p.m. | Lienhard Lecture Hall
Interested in learning more about how the IRS operates IRL? The Accounting Society is hosting this event to help students network with recruiters, learn more about the agency, and enhance their knowledge of future employment opportunities.

Softball vs. Adelphi
3:00 p.m. | Softball Field
At this Pace Goes Pink game, watch as the Setters attempt to send the Adelphi Panthers running all the way home.

Men’s Lacrosse vs. Bentley College
7:00 p.m. | Pace Stadium
In this headstrong game, Flex the Falcon is shipping down from Boston, and the Pace Setters will attempt to soar to victory. Don't miss it!


Thursday, April 20

RHA Color Run
3:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. | Alumni Lawn
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind? Join the Residence Hall Association for a campus-wide color run event to have fun with your friends, get great exercise, and get covered in color!


Friday, April 21

Relay for Life
4:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m. | Goldstein Gym
Take the steps to fight cancer! Relay for Life is a nationwide event that helps raise funds and awareness for cancer and fight back, give back, and honor cancer survivors. Individuals from all over come together to remember those who lost their battles, honor the ones who overcame theirs, and fight back for those who are still fighting. Enjoy live entertainment, food, games, and activities throughout the night. Register at www.pace.edu/relayforlife.


Saturday, April 22

Baseball vs. Le Moyne College
12:00 p.m. | Baseball Field
Dolphins may rule the sea, but the Setters are ready to show they rule the field.


Sunday, April 23

Baseball vs. Le Moyne College
12:00 p.m. | Baseball Field
In a second matchup, the Setters will attempt to send the Le Moyne College Dolphins swimming.


Monday, April 24

Tie Dye Event
9:00 p.m. | Gottesman Patio
Get funky and use your colorful imagination to create tie dye masterpieces! The 808s and BSU are coming together to host a tie-dyeing event for the Pace Community to express themselves, relax, and enjoy each other’s company.

Strengths Bracelets
12:00 p.m.–1:15 p.m. | Kessel Well
Friendship bracelets are always in style, and StrengthsQuest interns are hosting a bracelet-building event for students to choose a strength and make a bracelet to match!

Let’s Talk College

Navigating college can be a challenge. In this conversation, learn how to be a better student in ethical and academic situations, and show support for fellow Setters and the battles each of us fight.


Wednesday, April 26

Commuter Life: Spring Fling
12:00 p.m.–1:15 p.m. | Miller Lawn
Spring has sprung! Celebrate with an almost end of the semester celebration, which will include a food truck, music, and fun activities for all.

Planting an Impression
12:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m. | Alumni Lawn
Join Omega Phi Beta and Sigma Lambda Upsilon for one of their signature events that raises awareness against injustices suffered by women, and sheds light on the issues that women face every day.

Stress 101
8:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m. | Gottesman Room
Don’t let stress drag you down! Sigma Lambda Upsilon holds this annual event for Pace Community to de-stress and have fun with the Pace Señoritas before midterms.

Softball vs. Mercy College
3:00 p.m. | Softball Field
The Pace Setters are ready to show no mercy to the Mercy College Mavericks in this exciting softball matchup.
