Elisabeth Haub School of Law Professor Bennett Gershman, JD, weighed in on witnesses in a Wall Street Journal article concerning the trial of Pedro Hernandez for the killing of 6-year-old Etan Patz.
A USA Today opinion article concerning Donald Trump and Obamacare cited a study by Dyson Professor Gregory Colman, PhD, and Bentley University professor Dhaval Dave titled “It's About Time: Effects of the Affordable Care Act Dependent Coverage Mandate On Time Use.”

Lubin Professors Steven Mezzio, PhD, and Matthew Reidenbach, PhD, worked as faculty co-advisors to the Lubin School of Business team of students who won first place in the Regional Deloitte Audit Innovation Campus Challenge. The team, comprising six Lubin undergraduate students, won $200 per student, and will travel to Deloitte University to compete in the national championship during spring 2017.
Lubin Professor Philip Cohen, JD, through the Tax Executives Institute (TEI)–NYC Chapter, was able to obtain a $3,500 scholarship for Lubin graduate taxation student, Boyang Wang. Boyang will receive her award at TEI’s Holiday Symposium on December 14. This is the fifth year in a row that Professor Cohen has arranged a scholarship award for a Lubin graduate taxation student from TEI.
