Orientation Leader Info Sessions (PLV)
Do you have fond memories of your first visit to campus? Would you like to boost your leadership activities and help freshmen find their way at Pace? Attend an Orientation Leader info session on Tuesday, October 18, at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 29, at 3:25 p.m. in Kessel, Multipurpose Room. Apply on OrgSync by February 1 or e-mail SDCA@pace.edu for more information.
Get Grit Workshop Series (PLV)
Need some guidance on handling stress and obstacles you may face? Come out to the Get Grit Workshop Series hosted by the Westchester Counseling Center on Tuesday, October 18, Tuesday, October 25, and Tuesday, November 1, from 3:25 p.m. to 4:25 p.m. in the Birnbaum Room. Topics include persevering through obstacles, coping with stress, and managing self-expectations and negative thoughts.
Senior Portraits (NYC)
It’s your year, seniors! Schedule a senior portrait to capture what’s sure to be an unforgettable last year at Pace. NYC Campus seniors can get ready for their portrait sittings on Monday, October 17, and Tuesday, October 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Wednesday, October 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 41 Park Row, Room 809. NYC Campus students can schedule here and enter code 695.
Spring 2017 Field Study Scholarship
All abroad! The Center for Global Business Programs' application for the spring 2017 field study scholarship awards will open on Monday, October 17. Apply here.
Make the Write Choice (NYC)
Have a way with words? Send them on over to Aphros, Pace's literary magazine, which will be accepting writing and art submissions until November 3. Read more.
Jumpstart Your Future (NYC)
The Pace Jumpstart AmeriCorps Program allows Pace college students to work one-on-one with disadvantaged, pre-school children to help them combat America’s school readiness crisis and enhance early literacy. Volunteers will earn federal work study or course credit, receive professional training in early education, and much more. The Class of 2033 is counting on you! Read more.
