Who Run the Schimmel? GIRLS
On Tuesday, December 13, the cast of GIRLS is heading back to college. And by college, we mean this college. Welcome to Pace, Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, and Jenni Konner!
A group of twentysomethings figuring out their lives in New York City. Sounds like a typical Pace student, except these Girls names are Hannah Horvath, Marnie Michaels, Jessa Johansson, and Shoshana Shapiro (alliterative names for the win!) and they’re headed to Pace.
The cast of HBO’s Golden Globe Award-winning TV show GIRLS is coming to Pace! On Tuesday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m. Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke, Zosia Mamet, and director Jenni Konner will be James Lipton’s next seminar guests on Inside the Actors Studio at the Schimmel Center on the NYC Campus.
Created by and starring Dunham, Girls is a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of girls in their mid-20s.
The final season of Girls premieres on Sunday, February 12, on HBO. Whether you think their characters are entitled or entertaining, there’s no denying a Hannah-shaped hole will be left in our hearts.
