Fitness Classes/Aerobics Program
30 Minutes to FITNATION
Tuesdays | 8:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
Come on out for some fun and some intense interval training! Get the body you want in just 30 minutes that would take some at least an hour in the gym to achieve! Our routine consists of constantly changing exercises that combine your own body weight, some weights, and cardio mixed in, while traveling between stations. No real heavy weights are necessary. The best news is that this 30-minute workout is all you'll need for the entire day. To wrap it up, we will go over some important stretches to do after the workout that should reduce the soreness for the next 48 hours, as well as benefit your own flexibility going forward. All the equipment is on hand...we just need you!
Tuesdays | 5:10 p.m.–6:10 p.m.
Zumba fitness is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, created by Grammy Award-winning producers, and contagious steps and fitness moves to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive. Since its inception in 2001, the Zumba program has grown to become the world's largest and most successful dance fitness program with more than 12 million people of all shapes, sizes, and ages taking weekly Zumba classes.
Wednesdays | 5:15 p.m.
Class is ongoing, all-levels with a focus on classical yoga postures, alignment principle,s and introductory yoga breathing techniques. Hatha yoga focuses on the physical poses of yoga practice, known as asanas. Class includes work with various props (straps and blocks) as well as vinyasa (poses linked together). Final relaxation (savasana) is part of every class. All are welcome!
Thursdays | 5:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Kickboxing exercises burn fat and build lean muscle as they boost your sense of empowerment. This kickbox class ranges in intensity from beginner to advanced. No matter what level you choose, you'll find it both energizing and fun. JoAnn combines high-intensity bootcamp and kickboxing moves. It’s a non-stop fat-burner designed to keep you physically challenged. Each combo starts with familiar, large muscle-group moves like repeaters, jogs, jumping jacks, and kicks and routines. That’s followed by explosive bursts of bootcamp and kickboxing—squat thrusts, jump lunges, side kicks, and “double front kicks.” But no slowing down; then you’re on to the next combo. It’s all driven by JoAnn’s energy and great pop-hits music.
Thursdays | 6:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.
This 60-minute co-ed class is a cardiovascular workout that also builds core and lower body strength. The class utilizes two steps, arranged in single file for additional choreography. The movements are all in time with the music and new choreography is introduced slowly throughout the warm up. No dance background is required and all fitness levels are welcome.
