The latest trends in sustainable development and financing of major construction projects will be the topic of a conference sponsored by Pace University and Urban Land Institute (ULI) Westchester/Fairfield.
April 24th Conference to be Held at Pace Pleasantville Campus
PLEASANTVILLE, NY (March 2014) -- The latest trends in sustainable development and financing of major construction projects will be the topic of a conference sponsored by Pace University and Urban Land Institute (ULI) Westchester/Fairfield. The conference will be held Thursday, April 24 from 8:30 – 10:30 am at Pace University's Pleasantville Campus, 861 Bedford Road, entrance 1, Kessel Student Center, Gottesman Room.
The conference will focus on Pace University's Master Plan to reposition its Pleasantville campus. The $100 million project, which broke ground last October, is one of the largest development projects in the Hudson Valley Region.
Conference panelists will include: Robert Almon, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pace University; Jim Coleman, Executive Director of the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency and Local Development Corporation; William J. McGrath, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Pace University, and Andy Tung, Partner of Divney Tung Schwalbe. Laurence Gottleib, President & CEO of Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp. will be the moderator.
In addition to the panel discussion from 9:00 – 10:30 am, the conference will also include breakfast from 8:30 – 9:00 am and a walking tour of the Pleasantville campus from 10:30 – 11:15 am.
