Transcripts and Verification
Online Transcript Request is now available for current students who have access to the Student Self Service.
As a service to our current and former students, we are pleased to announce that there will no longer be transcript processing fee. All Transcripts requests will be processed free of charge.
Please note: Transcripts will not be released to students with any financial obligation to the University. Any outstanding account balances must be paid in full before ordering a transcript. Please contact the Office of Student Assistance at 1 (877) OSA – 1830 for assistance on satisfying your financial obligations.
Transcript request are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Transcript requests for students who enrolled prior to 1985 may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any indeterminate delays.
How to order an Official Transcript:
· If you are a current student and have access to the Student Self Service, you may request Official Transcripts online. Log on to the MyPace Portal and select the Request Official Printed Transcript link.
You may check the status of your request online at any time on the Review the Status of Official Printed Transcript Requests link.
· If you are an alumni or former student please complete the Transcript Request Form and mail, fax or drop off your requests to your home campus of attendance. (See below for fax and address information for each campus) Email requests are not accepted at this time and unsigned requests cannot be processed.
Verification and Letter Requests
To request and obtain a letter verifying your enrollment or any other official announcement about your academic history at Pace University, please complete the Letter Request form and mail, fax or drop off your request to your home campus of attendance. (Click here for fax and address information for each campus) Email requests are not accepted at this time.
There is an approximate wait period of 7-10 days. If your letter does not reach its identified destination within 7-10 business days, please contact the Office of Student Assistance at the contact information provided below.
