Faculty and Student Research

A Solid Foundation for a Fulfilling Career

A National Science Foundation grant supporting cybersecurity research. A $300,000 laser-scanning microscope. International environmental projects. Pace faculty is engaged in a vast range of funded research, and students—undergraduate as well as graduate—work alongside them. Develop resume-ready credentials for grad school or the career of your dreams.

Be Part of Research That Matters

Starting in your sophomore year, you'll have a chance to conduct mentored research in the field or lab. Erica Butts hopes her work with ion channels might help lead the way to microscopic computer chips.

The Office of Research and Graduate Education

The Office of Research and Graduate Education provides support, resources, and assistance for research-related activities at Pace University. We help faculty, staff, and students seeking grants/external funding for their research, scholarship, and creative activities. Our office also houses the Institutional Review Board and IACUC committees, and administers research compliance and integrity programs for funded projects as well as the university community. We have an active workshop and lecture series to disseminate information about funding opportunities, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and learn about the cutting-edge research being conducted at Pace.
