Getting an ID Card
All registered students need to obtain an ID card except for those taking an online course. The Pace OneCard is provided to all registered students at no charge and serves as the official identification card of the University. This card acts not only as your student ID but all refunds will automatically be posted to your OneCard account, unless you select otherwise, through the MyPace Portal.
You will need your student ID number. Your student ID number was emailed to you. It is a nine-digit number beginning with a 'U'. The ID Services Office locations are listed below.

Obtaining a Transcript
Once you have completed your summer course(s), you can obtain an official transcript by going to the Office of Student Assistance web site. Once there, scroll down and click on Transcript Request, and download the PDF form. You can fax or mail the request to the Office of Student Assistance - the address and fax number are located at the bottom of the form. Please allow 7-10 days for transcript processing.
