Each year, the Mount Sinai Health System's Office for Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) provides educational opportunities to expose high school, undergraduate and graduate students and early careerists of underrepresented groups to various career pathways in healthcare. Our goal is to offer individuals the tools necessary to pursue successful careers in the industry. --- For Summer 2020, we are providing an array of live, virtual sessions via Zoom in the following areas: 1) Career Planning and Professional Development: Tips to prepare for and succeed in future career opportunities 2) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Conversations on diversity, equity, inclusion and caring for communities of color and other at risk populations 3) "Learning from Leaders" Speaker Series: Panel discussions with healthcare leaders about their career journey

2020 Corporate & Strategy Women's Summit
