Our Instructors: Joseph DeLauro
Joe has devoted his career to the planning, estimation and delivery of intricate, medium-to-large endeavors. He is typically responsible for the coordinated efforts of clients, sponsors, architects, regulatory agencies, supply chain and delivery professionals in the controlled, composition of structures, properties and business strategies. His strong background in engineering, program management, data management and sales/support enable him to proactively address issues, minimizing risk, timeline & cost disruption. Joe is committed to continually evolving efficiencies through realistic best practices, including BIM 5D (i.e., Model-Based Construction Estimating.)
Joe is an instructor at Pace University CPS, presently teaching a courses in Cost Estimating in Building Construction. He has an MBA in Finance, has attained PMP Management certification, and has completed intensive Revit /BIM (Pro-Level) training.
