Marie was born and raised in upstate New York in the city of Schenectady.  She graduated from Bryant and Stratton Business College with an Associate Degree in Business Management/Accounting.  She also graduated from Empire State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Economics & Finance.  She has been working in the payroll industry for 25 years, utilizing various in-house and outsourced payroll processes, procedures and payroll systems.  She has also worked in HRIS and HRMS fields as well as project management, learning and development and system training.  She obtained her Certified Payroll Professional credential in 2009 and is a member of the American Payroll Association.  She currently works as a Director of Corporate Payroll Services in New York City.
