Mor Diao is a registered Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and Project+. Mr. Diao has more than 10 years of CPM scheduling, project controls, and project management experience on the design, construction and management of civil, infrastructure, transportation, and commercial projects. His experience includes project and field cost reporting, trend analysis, change control, engineering and construction progress measurement, planning and scheduling, and resource optimization. Mr. Diao is currently serving as Project Controls Manager at HAKS responsible for oversight of the firm’s distinctive range of the Project Controls services, including scheduling and estimating. He has served numerous agencies in the Tri State totaling more than $700M. He is experienced in the management of claims, negotiation of dispute resolutions, and audits of field progress. He holds a Bachelor Degree from Pace University in Information Systems and Master Degree in Construction Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering formerly know as NYU Polytechnic of Engineering.
