EMERGENCY UPDATE: Saturday, March 1, 2025

ConEd has completed repairs on the gas main outside 41 Park Row, and the FDNY has cleared the building for safe occupancy. As of Saturday, March 1, 41 Park Row will be open and operating as usual. All faculty, staff, and students may return to the building on March 1, and any previously scheduled in-person classes and activities will proceed as planned.

Over the next week, ConEd will remain in the area to complete necessary roadwork and trenching. This work is not anticipated to affect 41 Park Row directly, but will contribute to traffic and noise outside the building.
