Essential Conversations in Service Excellence


This training is offered for current Pace University employees by the Human Resources Talent Development Office. Participants learn how to meet stakeholder needs by managing the four parts of a service conversation: Open, Learn, Reply, and Close. After completing this training, participants are able to recognize barriers to effective stakeholder conversations, distinguish how to open the conversations in a way that gain confidence and cooperation, build a strategic mix of open and closed questions, share clear and correct information, deliver unwelcome news and present options in a constructive manner, and close a conversation by highlighting positive outcomes.
