<h2>Team Synchrony: Are we on the same page?</h2><br /><p>This training is offered for current Pace University employees by the Human Resources Talent Development Office. Synchrony is an alignment of patterns of neurological, emotional, and physiological activity between individuals, which can result in increased subjective liking, empathy, support, cooperation, rapport, learning, and processing speed, leading to higher rated engagement and performance. To optimize engagement and performance, it is the leader&#39;s role to intentionally up-regulate or down-regulate synchrony on their team. Attendees can expect to explore the role of synchrony in enhancing team engagement and collaboration, examine the current level of synchrony on their team, and distinguish between types of work that benefit from high levels of synchrony versus those that benefit from lower levels.</p>
