NYPD K-9 Unit Presentation
The NYPD K-9 unit will visit the NYC campus and give a presentation on the unit. The K-9 unit is an integral and necessary unit to the NYPD and the dogs provide a host of services from drug detection to citizen protection. Because of the importance of their job, it is rare for people to get a chance to interact with the dogs on a more personal level, but this is a chance for them to meet and see what it takes to be in the K-9 unit and gives students an opportunity to see a real K-9 dog in person!
