Wellness Wednesday: Restorative Yoga

Join the Center for Wellbeing, the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Dyson College of Arts and Sciences for a Days of ORIGIN Wellness Wednesday program: Restorative Yoga for Ethnic & Race-Based Stress and Trauma.

Guided by Dr. Sally Dickerson, Professor of Psychology (NYC), join us for an interactive session on how discrimination-related stress affects health. Drawing from the work of Dr. Gail Parker - author, psychologist, and yoga therapist educator, learn how restorative yoga can regulate stress.
