Federal Work Study is a federal aid program that gives students the chance to work part-time, build skills, and help pay for expenses while they are in college. Federal Work Study does not pay towards your bill, it is earned via bi-weekly paycheck.

How does Federal Work Study work?

Federal Work Study works like a regular part-time job, except your paycheck comes from federal funds. Students must apply for, and obtain, an on-campus Federal Work Study job and get paid via bi-weekly paycheck. The funds are paid directly to you, the student, and are not deducted from your Pace University bill.

How do I know if I have Federal Work Study?

Students can determine if they have Federal Work Study by checking the “Award Offer” tab of their Financial Aid Pace Portal.
