JD: Your Path to Becoming a Practice-Ready Lawyer
Pace Law’s Path to Practice curriculum prepares you to deliver value to firms and to clients, incorporating live clinics, field placements, and more. The flexible Juris Doctor program allows you to earn your JD full or part time starting in the fall or spring semesters. You can also opt to earn your JD while working on a second advanced degree. Choose from 10 dual degree programs and earn 2 degrees within four years. Part-time students can complete a dual degree program in as few as six years.
LLM: Gain a Deeper Understanding in Your Chosen Area of Law
Choose from two leading Master of Laws (LLM) programs. The LLM in Environmental Law prepares you to address the scientific, economic, and political forces that shape the environment. Three specializations—Global Environmental Law, Climate Change Law, Land Use and Sustainable Development Law—allow you to further focus your learning.
The Comparative Legal Studies LLM welcomes non-US trained lawyers who want to deepen their knowledge of US law and the US legal system. Choose from Specialization in International Business Law or the Specialization in US Legal Practice, with the option to sit for the New York bar examination.
