Advocacy at Pace Q&A

Learn about the CARES Act on Tuesday, April 28, when Government and Community Relations teams up with CCAR for a virtual Q&A. They will be answering your questions and providing info on Pace’s advocacy efforts.
Pace’s Office of Government and Community Relations serves as the primary liaison for the Campus Community with our federal, state, and local elected officials, staff, and government agencies. They work to promote Pace’s funding and legislative priorities and share news about our academic successes. Together with the Centers for Community Action and Research (CCAR), which works to build ongoing partnerships with community organizations and offer many important volunteer opportunities to students, they will be hosting an important Q&A to clear up any questions you might have regarding the recent CARES Act.
The CARES Act, which stands for the “Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act,” is a law meant to address the economic fallout of the 2020 coronavirus pandemic. Learn more about Pace’s role in this initiative:
