Inside the Actors Studio: Lupita Nyong’o
On November 25, you’re invited to a taping of Inside the Actors Studio with guest host and award-winning actress Uzo Aduba. She will be joined by Lupita Nyong’o, an award-winning actress, producer, and NYT bestselling author.
The Actors Studio Drama School is proud to welcome Uzo Aduba as a guest host for this special segment of Inside the Actors Studio. A formidable talent to be reckoned with, Aduba is an award-winning actress whose work spans television, film, and theater. She most recently wrapped the FX miniseries Mrs. America. Uzo is best known for her two-time Emmy Award-winning portrayal as Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren on Netflix's hit series, Orange is the New Black, which just wrapped its 8th and final season. She also won the 2015 Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series and the 2014 Critic’s Choice Award for Best Guest Performer in a Comedy Series. Aduba was nominated for a 2014 Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.
She will be joined by Kenyan actress, producer, and New York Times bestselling author Lupita Nyong’o, who made her feature debut in Steve McQueen’s Academy Award-winning film 12 Years a Slave. For her portrayal as Patsey, Nyong’o received the Academy Award in the category of Best Supporting Actress as well as multiple other accolades. Nyong’o most recently starred in Us, Jordan Peele’s critically acclaimed horror film, and as Miss Caroline in the Australian zombie comedy-horror crossover Little Monsters. Prior to that, she starred as Nakia in Marvel’s Oscar-nominated film, Black Panther, which has broken numerous box office records since it released.

Please note that your email does NOT guarantee tickets. Tickets will be confirmed in the order in which requests are sent. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Tickets are not transferrable and valid only for the Pace Community member requesting tickets. An ID may be required when picking up tickets.
Friends, family, etc. who are not part of the Pace Community should join the general standby line which forms community should join the General standby line which forms outside of 18 Bleecker Street at 6:00 p.m. Again, admission is not guaranteed. Should tickets be available, it is one ticket per person.
