Senior Vice President of Executive Search at CBS Conway Shui is visiting on Wednesday, November 6, to share his extensive expertise. Learn about what recruiters look for in candidates and how to leverage your talent!
Conway Shui, senior vice president of Executive Search for CBS Corporation, is coming to Pace to talk with you! In his current role, he focuses on senior-level recruiting as well as succession planning. Leveraging his extensive human capital and management consulting experience, Shui has led a number of successful executive search engagements, ranging from vice president to C-level positions within the world of media and entertainment, internet, technology, cable, and telecommunications. Shui holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He is also a founding member of the CBS Diversity Council.
Shui will share about his career journey as well as cover topics, including what recruiters look for in candidates, what it takes to succeed, what you can be doing NOW to build toward an executive-level position, and more. Don’t miss this special opportunity!
