Commercial Lease Negotiation

Are you in the process of starting a new business and interested in renting a commercial space but don’t know where to start? The Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has partnered with the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) and the Downtown Alliance who will present on the basics of commercial leasing.
