Pace President Marvin Krislov, JD, was a guest on WNYC’s The Brian Lehrer Show, speaking about affirmative action policies at universities and the Department of Justice. He was also interviewed by the Westchester County Business Journal about assuming the presidency at Pace.
PPA Professor Lee Evans, EdD, published "Classicism vs. Romanticism: A Comparison," which appears in the Summer 2017 issue of Piano Guild Notes.
Senior Fellow for Environmental Affairs John Cronin and Pace Environmental Policy Clinic Director Michelle D. Land, JD, wrote an op-ed in LoHud about the need for the US Coast Guard to do a full environmental review of any proposed anchorages for the Hudson River.
Clinical Associate PR Professor Jennifer Magas, JD, was prominently quoted in a GoodCall.com article titled “How Important is Your College Major?” She was also quoted for an article about college career prep on the Quicken Loans Blog, an article titled "10 Things to do Senior Year of College to Set Yourself Up for Future Success" on Monster.com, and the Associated Press for an article titled “Google Gender Debacle Speaks to Tech Culture Wars, Politics,” a version of which appeared on multiple news outlets.
Elisabeth Haub School of Law Dean Emeritus Richard Ottinger, LLB, has been recognized by the American Bar Association for his leadership in environmental policy, winning the ABA's Distinguished Achievement in Environmental Law and Policy Award.
Dyson Assistant Professor Jason Whitesel, PhD, was a guest on the Brothaspeak podcast for an episode titled “Your FAT! (Fabulous And Thick)...Big Boyz with Pride.” He is also featured with a published article in the upcoming issue of the Norwegian queer cultural publication MELK.
Adjunct Law Professor Paul Rafelson, JD, was quoted in a CNBC article titled “Trump’s Attack on Amazon Has Some Basis in Truth.”
Dyson Assistant Professor Adam Klein, PhD, was quoted in a Miami Herald article titled “America’s Voice of White Supremacy: A West Palm Website.”
Director of Career Counseling Helene Cruz was quoted in an article called “Why We Should Get Rid of Generational Labels in the Workplace” which appeared on the online publication TheLadders.
Lubin Professor of Marketing Larry Chiagouris, PhD, was quoted in an eCommerce Times article titled “FTC to Take a Gander at Amazon’s Discount Pricing Practices.”
Elisabeth Haub School of Law Assistant Professor Margot Pollans, LLM, was quoted in a Fortune article titled “15 Ways Food Companies Try to Convince You Their Food Products are Natural.”
Dyson Assistant Professor Zafir Buraei, PhD, was just awarded a $372,130 grant from the National Institutes of Health's National Institute of General Medical Sciences, entitled “Voltage-Gated Calcium Channel Modulation by RGK Proteins."
