NEW YORK, N.Y. May 20, 2024 – Standing before thousands of graduates and their supporters at Pace University’s Commencement, Tony Award-winning actor LaChanze addressed the graduating class of 2024.
For the first time in program history, the No. 1 nationally ranked Pace University women’s lacrosse team secured its first Northeast 10 conference championship.
The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is pleased to announce that the Honorable Rowan D. Wilson, Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals, will deliver the Law School’s commencement address at its 46th Commencement Ceremony, to be held on May 20, 2024, at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens.

Professor Claudia G. Green, Ph.D., RD, a professor of Management and director of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the university’s Lubin School of Business, has received a Fulbright Specialist Program award, Pace University today announced. It marks the second time Green has been a recipient of a Fulbright award.
Zachariah “Zach” Hosseini, a communications and marketing expert with a unique combination of business, higher education, and public sector experience, has joined Pace University as the chief marketing officer and vice president for University Relations.
Pace University was recently awarded a $25,000 grant from the Teagle Foundation to establish an undergraduate fellowship to create the next generation of leaders working on the governance of New York City waterways.
On Friday, April 5, 2024, Pace Law Review (PLR) presented its triennial Symposium and Haub Law’s annual Dyson Lecture, attracting over 100 attendees. The theme of the symposium was Bioethics After Dobbs. The Dyson Lecture, entitled The Alabama Embryo Decision in Ethics, Law and Politics, was delivered by Professor I. Glenn Cohen, the James A. Atwood & Leslie Williams Professor of Law and Deputy Dean of Harvard Law School.
