Biography
Adjunct Professor Kristina Cohn teaches Advanced Appellate Advocacy. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2003, Prof. Cohn was a labor and employment associate at a union-side labor law firm, where she represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, and federal and state courts. Since 2005, Prof. Cohn has served as an appellate attorney at the Social Security Administration. She has written numerous federal court briefs and presented oral argument in federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
