Margaret M. Flint

Emeritus Professor Margaret M. Flint retired in 2019 as Executive Director of John Jay Legal Services and faculty supervisor of the Equal Justice America Disability Rights/Health Law Clinic. She also taught Elder Law and the Legal Services/Public Interest/Health Law Externship seminar. Professor Flint continues as the Faculty Director of the Pro Bono Scholars Program. Previously, Professor Flint was the director of the Elderly Project of Volunteers of Legal Service and Managing Attorney of the Law Enforcement Bureau of the New York City Commission on Human Rights. She has taught in the clinical programs of New York Law School and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Professor Flint is co-chair of Westchester Residential Opportunities, a fair housing organization, and a member of Friends of Gail, the Advisory Board of the Pace Women's Justice Center.
