Robert A. Migliorini

Biography

Adjunct Professor Robert Migliorini is an in-house intellectual property attorney with Exxon Mobil Corp. He counsels clients in the areas of patents (preparation, prosecution, opinions and litigation), intellectual property agreements and licensing, trade secret/copyright/trademark protection, and intellectual property management and training. Prof. Migliorini is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Florida, Maine, the District of Columbia, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also instructs scientists, engineers, and managers in intellectual property fundamentals, including practical aspects of trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent law and technology agreements for Exxon Mobil Research & Engineering Company, the American Chemical Society and the Society of Plastics Engineers.
