Professor Gosnell's research interests focus on interpersonal relationships. More specifically, she has examined social support provision in both good times and bad and how our own goals and motives shape our perceptions of our close others and relationships. 

Professor Legg’s research interests include dyadic relations marked by power differentials in high stakes situations such healthcare and education.

Professor Sotola’s research interests include meta-psychology, replicability and other methodological issues, and psychological predictors of political attitudes.
