Funded by the Taconic Foundation grant, Community Response / La Comunidad Responde comprises a series of media and digital storytelling workshops at Gregorio Luperón, a bilingual STEM high school for immigrant students in NYC.
Pace University has established a new partnership with the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) to support students’ early literacy development.
This grant will help us recruit, support and retain candidates from historically underrepresented communities into the teaching profession, who are qualified, value equity, and reflect diversity in today’s classrooms, particularly in high-need schools where there are local teacher shortages.
