We are thrilled to celebrate our December 2023, May 2024, and August 2024 graduates. Information about the event and instructions on how to get your tickets will be available closer to Commencement.

Application for Graduation

The application for graduation deadline has passed for December 2023 and May 2024 graduation terms. The application for graduation deadline for August 2024 graduates is July 19, 2024.

If you missed the deadline for your preferred graduation term, please apply and choose the next term available. After applying, submit a Help Desk inquiry to the Office of the Registrar letting them know your application was submitted late for your preferred graduation term and make sure to include the specific preferred graduation term.

Register To Attend and Request Guest Tickets

All Commencement attendees, graduates, and their guests must present a ticket at the entrance of the event. The deadline for graduates to request tickets is Friday, April 19.

Prospective graduates eligible to participate in the Commencement ceremonies should have received an email from MarchingOrder on February 13. You will register to attend and request tickets for your guests on the MarchingOrder site. You will be asked to sign in using your Pace University student email and complete the registration to obtain your GradPass and guest tickets. When arriving at the venue, all guests must show either a printed ticket or present their ticket on a mobile device for entry into the USTA complex at the East Gate.

Order Graduation Regalia

All graduates must wear academic regalia to participate in the Commencement ceremonies. Academic regalia includes a gown, cap, and a hood. The deadline to order academic regalia is Friday, April 19.

Arrival Time Information

Graduating students should plan to arrive at least one hour before their scheduled start time. All graduates should stop by the Check-In tables to verify their GradPass before proceeding to their ceremony. Each school ceremony will feature a celebratory processional entry. Graduates should start lining up 45 minutes before their ceremony start time. Staff at the school Check-In tables will direct graduates to the appropriate line-up location.

Graduate Tickets

After your MarchingOrder registration and guest ticket request is submitted, you will receive your Grad Pass, which you will need to ensure your name is properly read and displayed as you cross the stage at your school ceremony. The Grad Pass is also the graduate’s ticket which will be scanned at the Main Gate. To speed up your entry and avoid any delays, please screenshot or print your GradPass.

After you enter, stop by the Check-In tables to verify your Grad Pass. A screenshot will make this process quicker.

Guest Tickets

You will be able to send your guests their tickets through MarchingOrder. All guests must present a ticket at the Main Gate for entry to the Tennis Center. To speed up your entry and avoid any delays, screenshot or print your guest tickets.

Guest seating is general admission and first come first serve.

Senior Portraits

Student Government Association on both campuses provide the opportunity for all graduating students to sit for Senior Portraits. Students need to sign up using the links below. Portraits will be taken in your own business attire and provided academic regalia (cap, gown, and hood). Appointments are limited.
