All on-campus students, faculty, and staff are required to have a One Card. The One Card serves all of your on-campus needs. It will give you access to campus events, inter-campus travel, meal plans, printing, residence halls, and more. ID Cards can be picked up at the Auxiliary Services offices.

Online Students
Fully online students who are fully remote and need a Virtual ID Card, use your Pace log-in to access the Digital ID System to obtain your Virtual ID Card. The Virtual ID Card is NOT for use on-campus. To access the campus, you will need to obtain a physical ID card.
Obtaining a One Card
Only enrolled students, faculty, and staff can obtain an ID card. Everyone is required to electronically upload photos for the IDs 24–72 hours before arriving on Pace’s campus. Review instructions and guidelines for submitting your photos. Once you receive an “approved photo” email, please stop by the Auxiliary Services office to pick up your ID card.
Students must bring a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc), and their UID number in order to pick-up their ID from the Auxiliary Services office.
Faculty and staff must bring their digital official new hire confirmation, along with a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc), and their UID number to pick-up their ID from the Auxiliary Services office.
Preferred or Lived Name Change
Please have your Lived First Name and/or Lived Last Name updated in your Pace Portal before requesting a replacement ID Card. To obtain an updated ID Card with your Lived First Name and/or Lived Last Name, please stop by the Auxiliary Services Office on your campus, as this must be an in-person request.

Lost one Card
Deactivating a One Card
If your ID Card is lost or stolen, immediately deactivate your ID Card and stop by the Auxiliary Services office to obtain a replacement card.
Obtaining a One Card Replacement
Please fill out the Lost Card Replacement Request Form to request a replacement ID Card. Once completed, stop by the Auxiliary Services office on your campus to pick up the ID Card. You can also request a new card in person at the Auxiliary Service office. There is a $30 fee for all replacement cards charged at the time of replacement, which can be paid by credit card or added to your Pace bill.
Re-activating an Older Card
If you’ve found your deactivated card and haven’t obtained a new one yet, visit the Auxiliary Services office on your campus for assistance. Please note only one ID Card can be active at a time.
Staff members who are also students can only have one ID card.
