NYC Campus Road Closure on Spruce Street

We want to inform you about an upcoming overnight road closure and changes to parking availability that will impact our NYC Campus. While inconvenient, these changes are necessary to facilitate the continued renovation and construction activities at One Pace Plaza East. Please be aware of the following:

Temporary Overnight Road Closure:

• The Spruce Street closure is scheduled Thursday, April 25, from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• During the closure, flaggers will assist with traffic flow at the west end of Spruce Street, aiding vehicles needing relocation.
• To facilitate the closure, no standing signs have been installed along the south curb line of Spruce Street from William Street to Gold Street and temporary barriers will be placed there this week.

Spruce Street Parking Suspension:

• This necessary road re-striping is intended to accommodate a shift in both the vehicular traffic lane and protected bike lane from William Street to Gold Street. Consequently, parking along Spruce Street, from William Street to Gold Street, will no longer be available.
• Parking will be suspended April 25, 2024 through our project completion date in 2026.
