When to Use Guardian

The Guardian reporting form can be used by any member of the Pace Community to share information about a variety of issues, including:

  • Bias
  • Code of Conduct Violations
  • Equal Employment Opportunity
  • Health and Safety Violations
  • Residential Life and Housing issues
  • Roommate Conflicts
  • Student Organization Conduct Violation
  • Students of Concern
  • Title IX/Sexual Harassment

The Guardian reporting form should not be used to report events presenting an immediate safety or security threat. In instances of emergency, please contact the Office of Safety and Security on your campus:
