Prior to joining Sixth Street in 2020, Alyana began her career as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sach’s within the Sponsor M&A execution team. She subsequently spent time as an associate in the Firmwide Strategy team underwriting strategic M&A decisions. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies.
Jason Broder

Jason Broder is a Managing Director and Chief Product Officer at iCapital. He is responsible for iCapital’s comprehensive product and platform roadmap and set of technology offerings. He is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
For more than ten years, Jason’s career has been dedicated to the notion that uniting cutting-edge technology with the expertise of industry leaders would empower advisors to better serve their clients. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of SIMON Markets LLC, a financial technology company acquired by iCapital in August 2022. Recognizing an industry-wide gap in the education and life cycle management of structured investment products, Jason spearheaded the creation of the SIMON platform in 2012 from the Structured Investments desk at Goldman Sachs. He was responsible for the development and rollout of the platform for the six years leading up to SIMON’s formation as an independent company—and multi-issuer platform—in 2018.
Earlier in his career, Jason served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and was Head of the Private Investor Products Group in the Americas, which focused on the creation and distribution of structured investments to Goldman Sachs’ Private Wealth Management clients and third-party distributors. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2002, initially focused on structuring derivatives for high-net-worth clients.
Jason earned a BS in economics and a BS in biology from MIT and holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 57, and 63 securities licenses.
Stephane Lintner

Stephane Lintner is the CEO and co-founder of Jiko. He graduated from Caltech with a PhD in Applied and Computational Mathematics and holds degrees in Machine Learning and Computer Science from the Ecole Normale Superieure in France. Prior to founding the company, Lintner worked as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs’ Securities Division for almost a decade, leveraging technology and finding synergies to modernize the bank. During his nearly decade-long tenure at Goldman Sachs, he witnessed firsthand the inequities of the banking system, including threats to the safety of deposits during the 2008 financial crisis.

Andrew Phillips' path to founding Float involved a long and successful career at Goldman Sachs, where he refined his passions for technology and craftsmanship. Andrew’s vision combines product and design-led thinking with modern technology to create more accessible and efficient markets for all.

At Goldman Sachs, Andrew built the Marquee platform from the ground up, growing the team to 250 people and creating products used by tens of thousands. Prior to Marquee, as a co-leader of the Systematic Trading Strategies team, he designed new trading strategies and developed technology to manage complex positions and sophisticated analytics.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys traveling, reading, running, and snowboarding. His ability to pursue big ideas and create next-generation platforms differentiate him, reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence.
Andrew grew up in Bristol, England, and studied computer science at the University of Cambridge, and financial mathematics at NYU.

Raagini Lalwani

Raagini Lalwani manages Public Cloud Onboarding and Migration for Goldman Sachs. She serves as co-chief operating officer for the Asian Network for the New York/Jersey City chapter and as a pillar sponsor for the Engineering Asian Network. Prior to her current role, Raagini worked in several roles in the Cloud space, focused on product innovation, operational efficiency and customer enablement. She was a founding member of the Cloud ecosystem in 2012 and has since launched several additional products. Raagini initially joined Goldman Sachs in 2008 as a summer analyst in Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities. She rejoined the firm later that year as an analyst in Network Engineering and was named managing director in 2023.

Bill Murphy

Bill Murphy is a Managing Partner at Cresting Wave, a technology advisory firm bringing innovative technologies to the enterprise technology community. Bill is also the co-founder of The Contract Network, Senior Advisor to McKinsey, board member at Qualytics, Cherre and Reorg and investor/advisor to a broad portfolio of early-stage companies.
Bill was a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Technology Officer at Blackstone, leading the Blackstone Innovations team from 2011-2020, responsible for the firm's use of technology along with a strategic technology investment portfolio. Mr. Murphy also served on many boards of directors of our investments along with the board of the Blackstone Charitable foundation.
From 1999 - 2011, Bill was founding Chief Technology Officer for Capital IQ where he was responsible for overseeing all product design, development, infrastructure and technology support and was involved with all operations of the business. Before Capital IQ, Mr. Murphy led teams at Sapient, delivering solutions for large clients primarily in financial services. Mr. Murphy received a BSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, Class of ‘96.
David Stone

David Stone has been part of Google Cloud's Office of the CISO for the last 3 years working with financial services institutions where he uses that expertise to advise other companies and security teams in order to protect the world in Google’s “shared-fate” model as they digitally transform.
David has been a leader in cyber security across multiple industries including his last position serving as the CISO for Wholesale and Enterprise Technology where he protected trillions in annual payments and billions in assets under management. He has decades of experience across multiple verticals including as Global Director of Security Architecture at Lenovo, State and Local government, and the National Security Agency. He currently serves on the advisory Board Prior of EC-Council Certified CISO and previously on the Federal Reserve Secure Payment task force.
Minaz Vastani

Minaz Vastani is Chief Technology Officer at GreenSky. He has been with GreenSky since 2019 and leads the Product and Technology functions at GreenSky. Minaz and his team support a scalable platform at GreenSky, that is powered by a proprietary, patented technology infrastructure. Prior to GreenSky, Minaz was Chief Technology Officer at Kava (formerly Kaneva). Before Kava, Minaz held technology leadership roles at Asurion, NextGen Healthcare, Cbeyond and Verizon. Minaz received his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Masters in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin. Minaz recently served on the board of Georgia Technology Authority and currently serves on the board of ATLCTO.

Tomer Avni

Tomer Avni is the Co-Founder and CPO of Apex, a leading AI security startup, funded by Sequoia, Index, and Sam Altman. Prior to founding Apex, Tomer was a product leader in the cybersecurity industry and served as a VC investor. Before that, Tomer served as a head of section in the Israeli 8200 unit and was awarded the Israel Defense Prize. Tomer earned his MBA and MS in Engineering from Harvard and his BSc. Applied Mathematics from Bar Ilan University, at the age of 19.
Stephanie Cohen

Stephanie Cohen joined Cloudflare in 2024 as the company’s first-ever Chief Strategy Officer. A seasoned operating executive, she brings more than two decades of experience at Goldman Sachs where she advised the leadership and boards of some of the world's most important companies and institutions. In addition to her time in Investment Banking, she was Goldman Sachs's Chief Strategy Officer, ran two multi-billion dollar global segments and served as a member of their Management Committee.
In her role at Cloudflare, Stephanie leads the company's efforts in expanding the breadth and depth of its presence in boardrooms and the C-suite on its path to $5B in revenue and beyond. Stephanie has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois.
John Hernandez

John Hernandez is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 17 years of professional experience. After earning his Computer Science degree from the University of Washington in 2007, John spent nearly a decade as a consultant at Casaba Security, focusing on application security reviews, secure architecture design reviews, penetration testing, and red teaming. In 2015, he joined Microsoft's WDG group to lead the Serpent Red Team and established the company's first Purple Team process within Serpent. In 2018, he transitioned to Indeed, where he built and led the Red Team as Principal Security Architect. Since 2021, John has been the Head of Technology Risk at Sixth Street, where he is developing a greenfield Cybersecurity program to support the TPG disaffiliation.
Niko Ruhe

Niko Ruhe is Keyfactor’s Senior Director of Global Partner Enablement. He and his team help the business scale by empowering service vendors to deliver value on behalf of Keyfactor. Niko started at Keyfactor as an intern back in January, 2018 after completing his undergraduate degree. Since joining Keyfactor, he has worked as a software engineer, solutions architect, professional services director, and now leads Keyfactor’s strategy for partner implementations.
Niko is a Cleveland, Ohio native and currently resides there with his family. He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in computer engineering. In his free time, Niko enjoys fishing, golf, gardening, and anything that involves Cleveland sports.

Adam Korn serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm with over $75bn in assets under management. He leads an elite engineering team that builds tools, analytics, and applications to enhance the firm’s investing and operational capabilities.
Adam joined Sixth Street in September 2020 after a distinguished career at Goldman Sachs, where he was previously the global co-head of Global Markets Engineering. Throughout his time at Goldman, Adam was instrumental in building and championing several transformational initiatives during a time of tremendous change for the firm and the industry at large. He contributed to the development of systematic trading across the business and led the effort to externalize the firm’s trading capabilities to clients through a platform called Marquee. Adam was a member of the Partnership Committee and Firmwide Technology Risk Committee. He was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2010.
Before joining Goldman, Adam was the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of a startup software company. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston in Investment Banking. He serves on the Carney Institute Advisory Council, Brown University President’s Leadership Council, ClearyX Advisory Board, and the Bobby Jones Chiari Syringomyelia Foundation Board of Trustees.
Adam earned an ScB in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University in 1997.
Armen A. Avanessians

Armen A. Avanessians was the global head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s (GSAM) quantitative, rules-based, and indexing businesses until retiring in the Spring of 2022.
Prior to joining GSAM in 2011, Armen served as head of Strats, a global group responsible for the application of mathematical, quantitative and algorithmic approaches to revenue activities in the Securities, Investment Management and Investment Banking Divisions. He served on the Securities Division Executive Committee since 2003. In over two decades in this role, he was instrumental in developing the teams, practices and platform (SecDb), which collectively drive the commercial application of analytics across most of the firm’s activities today. Armen joined Goldman Sachs in 1985 as a foreign exchange strategist and was named partner in 1994.
Prior to joining the firm, Armen was a member of the technical staff at Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill.
Armen is a member of the MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo) Board, the MIT Sloan Finance Group Advisory Board, the MIT Corporation Department of Economics Visiting Committee, and the Steering Committee of the Masters in Financial Engineering Program at the University of California, Berkeley. He is co-chair of Columbia Universities Data Science Council, as well as a member of the Columbia Engineering's visitors board and the Columbia World Projects President's Council. He is also a board member of FAR (Fund for Armenian Relief), FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), and the National Museum of Mathematics. Armen is a former trustee of Columbia University and chaired its Audit Committee. He also served as a trustee of the Loyola School.

Karina El Baze serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Hebbia AI. Before joining Hebbia, Karina built and scaled Go-To-Market organizations at Instabase, Salesforce, and MuleSoft, where her teams played a key role in defining the technology strategies for the world’s largest institutions.
Hebbia is the leading AI platform for enterprise knowledge work. Its flagship product, Matrix, sets the industry standard in accuracy, speed, and transparency, and is trusted globally to manage over $15 trillion in assets. To date, Hebbia has secured $160 million in funding from Andreessen Horowitz (A16Z), Index Ventures, and Peter Thiel.
Marco Argenti

Marco Argenti is Goldman Sachs’ chief information officer. He is a member of the Management Committee, the Firmwide Technology Risk Committee, the Firmwide Client Franchise Committee and the Firmwide Enterprise Risk Committee. Marco joined the firm as a partner in 2019.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Marco served as vice president of technology of Amazon Web Services (AWS) since 2013, where he started and ran several AWS businesses, including mobile, serverless computing, Internet of Things, and augmented and virtual reality. Before that, he spent several years at Nokia Corporation, where he was senior vice president and global head of Developer Experience and Marketplace from 2011 to 2013, with responsibility for Nokia’s developer ecosystem and app store across the company’s entire product portfolio.
Earlier in his career, Marco was a board member and chief executive officer of internet and mobile company Dada S.p.A., as well as a board member, executive vice president of strategy development and chief technology officer of Canadian e-commerce solutions provider Microforum Inc., where he founded Internet Frontier Inc., an internet publisher and e-commerce retailer. He previously founded and sold Dreamware S.r.l., a software development firm, to Microforum Inc.
Marco serves on the Board of Advisors for the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and is a board member emeritus of Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Carnegie Hall.
Marco earned a master’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Università di Pisa – Facoltà di Ingegneria and a Professional Engineering qualification in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

He previously served as President of the Board of Overseers of Harvard University.
Prior to joining Sixth Street, Mr. Chavez served in a variety of senior roles at Goldman Sachs, including Chief Information Officer, where he oversaw the firm’s 9,000 engineers; Chief Financial Officer, and global co-head of the firm’s Securities (now Global Markets) Division. Mr. Chavez was one of the first developers of SecDB, an early platform that transformed the trading business into a software business. He retired from the firm in 2019.

Marvin Krislov has served as the eighth President of Pace University since August 1, 2017. He is deeply committed to Pace’s mission of Opportunitas—providing all students, regardless of economic background, access to the transformative power of education. Under his leadership, Pace is developing innovative new interdisciplinary programs, continuing the transformation of its New York City campus, and delivering on its experiential education model, the Pace Path, that produces superior career outcomes. He is personally committed to initiatives supporting student mental health and wellbeing, ensuring college access for all students, and advancing priorities for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Before coming to Pace, Krislov spent 10 years as the president of Oberlin College, where he led collaborative, consensus-driven efforts to make the college more rigorous, diverse, inclusive, and accessible. Earlier, he was vice president and general counsel at the University of Michigan, where he led the legal defense of the University’s admission policies that resulted in the 2003 Supreme Court decision recognizing the importance of student body diversity. Prior to entering academic life, he served as associate counsel in the Office of Counsel to the President under President Bill Clinton and later as acting solicitor and then deputy solicitor of national operations in the US Department of Labor. In 2009, President Barack Obama nominated, and the Senate confirmed, Krislov to serve on the National Council on the Humanities, where served until the summer of 2019.
Krislov earned a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, at Yale University in 1982, and he was named a Rhodes Scholar. He earned a master’s degrees at Oxford University and a juris doctor degree at Yale Law School in 1988.

John Madsen

John is chief technology officer and head of Core Engineering. He is a member of the Firmwide Technology Risk Committee, Operational Risk and Resilience Committee, Data Governance Committee, and the Artificial Intelligence Steering Group. John is also an ally to the LGBTQ+ Network.
Previously, John was an advisory director to the firm and served as chief architect of Engineering. Before that, he held several leadership roles, including serving as co-head of the Technology Division, as global head of Enterprise Platforms and led the Securities Division Core Strats team. John initially joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an associate and was named managing director in 2008 and partner in 2014. He rejoined the firm as a partner in 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, John worked for several Internet start-up companies.
John earned a BA in Philosophy from Wesleyan University in 1992 and pursued a PhD in Philosophy at the University of California at Berkeley and Rutgers University.
