Two women, strangers to each other, are suing the same man for domestic abuse. What happens when they are put together in a victim holding room with a nosy police officer? Questions of blame, victimhood, privilege, and what it means to be a femme person in the world today arise as Willow and Diana begin to navigate their complicated relationship to each other.

    Caleb Dukes (they/them) was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Caleb first discovered their passion for playwriting during their senior year of high school, when they wrote and directed a one-act play, Virginia, about the life of their great-grandmother, Virginia Little. From there, Caleb went on to earn a BA in English and theatre from Rice University in Houston. In the time they have pursued an MFA in playwriting from the Actors Studio Drama School, Caleb’s work has been seen around Texas and New York City, including in the New York Theater Festival, the International Human Rights Art Festival, the Secret Theater One-Act Play Festival, and in collaboration with production companies like Daisy Theatricals and GrannyCart Theatre.     Pace University Actors Studio Drama School student Nick Cartusciello

    Nick Cartusciello (he/him) is a Brooklyn born; New York City-based director. After receiving his BA in Theatre Arts from Rutgers University, he worked as an actor. During that time, he has toured nationally with companies such as Theatreworks USA, Two Bean Productions and has toured nationally and internationally with Missoula Children’s Theatre. After the pandemic, he felt the need to move to the other side of the table to work with new plays and help tell stories that show audiences lives outside of their own. His work has been in festivals such as Frigid New York and the Queerly Festival. Currently, he is a resident director at the Wingspan Arts Summer Conservatory. He has had a wonderful time at the Actor’s Studio Drama School, honing his craft and working with his incredible cohort. He would like to thank his family, friends and fiancée for all their continued support. To all of his professors at ASDS, “Thank you all for sharing your knowledge, courage, and hearts. You have all inspired me to take what I’ve learned and change the world.

    Pace University Actors Studio Drama School student Alexandra Matsu

    Alexandra Matsu is an actor and burlesque clown raised on the Lower East Side of New York City. Her passion for theater sparked when she attended the High School of Art And Design and was able to work with the Roundabout Youth Ensemble. As an acting artist she has devised and supported productions in found spaces all over the East Coast, including the East Village Gardens with Lungs NYC and the Farm Arts Collective’s Dream on the Farm in Damascus, PA. She also has a B.A. in Musical Theatre from SUNY Oswego. Recent credits include Spring Awakening (regional) and As You Like It. Alexandra has also been part of various entertainment shows such as Serafina Production’s Murder Mystery Burlesque and is a proud member of the Golden Boarstags at the New York Renaissance Faire.

    Pace University Actors Studio Drama School student Dakota Scarborough

    Dakota is a New York-based actor from Pensacola, FL. Before moving to NYC, he worked with Emerald Coast Theatre Company in several of their productions including: Romeo and Juliet and Snow White. He also returned to his undergrad alma mater to appear in their annual production of A Christmas Carol as Ebeneezer Scrooge. Dakota had his New York theatre debut this past summer in the original play; Mothman in New York. In addition to his acting training, Dakota has done some voice acting work, including a master class with the renowned voice actor Sonny Strait.

    Michaela Winter (she/her) is a self-proclaimed traveler with a deep love for art, connection, and the human condition. After graduating with a BFA in Musical Theatre from the AMDA College and Conservatory for the Performing Arts, she has performed with the Player’s Theatre (Alice in Alice in Wonderland, Ensemble in Beauty and the Beast); Bright Star Touring Theatre (Little Mermaid in The Little Mermaid, Fairy Godmother in Upcycled Cinderella, Various in Giants of Science); and the Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts (Nova in Nova: An Original Ballet). She is incredibly grateful to be graduating from the Actor’s Studio Drama School with an MFA in Acting and would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers for their unyielding support.
