Emmy Kester is a crafts artisan and multimedia artist from Long Island, New York. While at Pace, they have helped create various unique, handmade costume elements, while occasionally taking on the odd designer role. Emmy is passionate about the process of bringing a design to life through creative fabrication, as well as the preservation of dying artforms. Not a day goes by where they aren’t longing to become a blacksmith– a childhood dream! If they aren’t hunched over a sewing machine, or meticulously editing a 3D model, you can find them writing, playing video games, or feeding pigeons in the park.
