The availability of buildings used in summer varies and can be confirmed at the time of booking. The information on this page is for Non-Pace students. Pace University students can find summer housing rates here.
Intern Pricing
Your application will be reviewed and if there is space available, you will receive a confirmation including payment information. Once payment is received, we will finalize details regarding your room and arrival on campus.
New York City Campus
Housing for NON-Pace students:
- Single room May 26–August 10, 2024: $7,000 - the availability of single rooms is limited
- Double room from May 26–August 10, 2024: $6,200 rate per person
- Triple room from May 26–August 10, 2024: $5,900 rate per person
