Nominations are now open for the Executive Committee Officers and Sub-Committee Representatives of the Westchester Administrative Staff Council.
The Executive Committee consists of 4 members: Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson (or Co-Chairpersons), Secretary, and Treasurer. Executive Committee Officers are nominated and elected by the voting membership with elections held after each May meeting. The term of office is 1 year, not to exceed 4 consecutive terms, per position. The Vice-Chairperson automatically becomes the Chairperson if the position of Chairperson is vacated during the term. This person shall hold office until the next regular election.
The Sub-Committee Officers and Representatives are nominated and elected by the voting membership with elections held after each May meeting. The term of office is 1 year. An individual may be re-nominated/re-elected year-to-year. All Committee Officers and Representatives may participate as members of other committees but may only serve as Officers/Representatives to 1 committee per term.
