*Please note, if the university is closed due to snow or inclement weather on January 16, the orientation program will be moved to January 17, 2025.

Steps for New Students
To keep track of your progress, we’ve created a checklist for you, with the steps below, in your Application Dashboard. Be sure to check it often as additional items may be added throughout the winter.
Step 1:
Register for your Orientation session.
Step 2:
If required, take the online Placement Test(s) in English and math as soon as possible after receiving your Orientation email. Log into your Application Dashboard for information on your requirements.
Step 3:
Submit your official college transcript for each college previously attended and/or proof of high school graduation by January 6, 2025. Email Undergraduate Admission with questions regarding what documents are needed.

Complete the Pre-Orientation Modules, prior to attending Orientation.

If applicable, submit the following official documents to the Office of Undergraduate Admission, prior to attending Orientation and no later than January 6.
- Official final high school transcript with graduation date or proof of high school graduation
- Official Advanced Placement (AP) or International Baccalaureate (IB) scores
- Official copies of transcripts, with grades from all prior college-level coursework
- Syllabi of any courses for which this has been requested on your transfer credit evaluation
Please arrange to have supporting document electronically submitted via one of the following electronic networks: Common App, Credentials Solutions, National Student Clearinghouse, Naviance, Parchment Exchange, Scoir, Scribbles (ScribOrder), or slate.org. If a send-to-email address is required, please use undergradadmission@pace.edu. If electronic submission is not available, please arrange submission by mail to Pace University, Application Processing Center, 861 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, NY 10570.

- Register online for a virtual appointment with the Student Solution Centers (Financial Aid and Student Accounts). Schedule your virtual appointment.
- If you have any questions pertaining to billing and payments or payment options and arrangements, register for a virtual appointment with the Student Accounts office.
- If you have any questions pertaining to your financial aid package, register for a virtual appointment time slot with the Financial Aid Office.
- Financial Aid will also be available to you during our orientation program.

It is mandatory to submit your photo for your Pace University student ID card before you attend orientation.This is how you access campus, your meal plan, and various on-campus buildings and amenities.

What You Need to Know about your First Semester Schedule
When you register for Orientation you will be asked to complete a Course Selection Questionnaire. You will need the following information, where appropriate:
- Advanced Placement (AP) scores
- International Baccalaureate (IB) scores
- Any college credits you have received (note: your preliminary Transfer Credit Evaluation will not be created until official documentation is submitted. You can learn more about how to submit your documents on our AP, IB and College Credits page.)
New First Year Students
An Academic Advisor will create your schedule based on your degree requirements, placement scores (if applicable), the information provided in the Course Selection Questionnaire and any AP, IB or college credits. You will receive your schedule at Orientation.
New Westchester Transfer Students
It is important that you connect with your advisor before Orientation so they can create your schedule, after reviewing your Course Selection Questionnaire and any other pertinent documents. Your advisor is looking forward to hearing from you and helping you begin your academic career at Pace University. Below is a list of advisors.

Mandatory F-1 Visa Status Maintenance Information Session for New International Students
All undergraduate international students on an F-1 visa who are first-time students at Pace must also attend a mandatory F-1 Visa Status Maintenance Information Session for new international students.
This information session will focus on immigration regulations pertaining to international students on an F-1 visa, visa applicable benefits, restrictions, and will include a mandatory check-in procedure for activating an F-1 student's SEVIS record.
