Dr. Katelyn Kim joined the faculty at Pace University in 2022. Her research interests include leadership and entrepreneurship in international business, customer behavior and organizational behavior analytics, marketing and branding, and management in hospitality and international business.
Dr. Kim’s research papers have been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Management Research, Journal of Travel & Tourism Marketing, and so on.
Dr. Kim's teaching interests are leadership and entrepreneurship, international business management, human resource management, business case studies, business communication, brand management and marketing, decision-making, and risk management. She has worked at several research institutes and government organizations, as well as international companies including St. John’s University, Korea Tourism Organization, Human Resources Development Service of Korea, EY, Samsung, and Hyundai Motors. She has participated in many projects as a consultant and researcher to investigate customer perceptions and evaluations, employee satisfaction, establish organizational strategies, and optimizing organizational structure and satisfaction.
