Residence Halls
Pace offers a variety of residential halls within a five-block radius of our buzzing campus and we’ll help you find the right housing option to suit your interests. Residence Life in NYC is a reflection of the city itself–dynamic, diverse, unique. Our residential program is designed to create a supportive environment for students to live, learn, and achieve academic success.
15 Beekman, our newest residence hall, houses approximately 460 students and features mostly double- and triple-occupancy rooms arranged in suites that accommodate seven to ten students. The residential floors sit atop classrooms, campus dining facilities, the Beekman Library, and other student spaces. Beginning in Fall 2026, after the reopening of One Pace Plaza East, 15 Beekman will primarily serve sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
33 Beekman is one of our newer residential offerings, located just one block south of One Pace Plaza in the heart of Lower Manhattan, and housing primarily upper-level students. At 34 stories, 33 Beekman is the tallest residence hall in the world and boasts sweeping views of NYC.
Just a five-minute walk to campus and close to our 55 John Street and 33 Beekman residences, this building is a fantastic addition to our 2,200 student campus in the heart of downtown.
The John Street residence is only a few blocks from the main campus at One Pace Plaza and minutes from Wall Street, City Hall, and the South Street Seaport to name a few hotspots. Starting in Fall of 2026, 55 John Street will no longer be a Pace-operated residence hall.
Maria’s Tower will reopen in Fall 2026 after nearly three years of renovation. Located in the main tower of One Pace Plaza East on the New York City Campus, it will house approximately 450 first-year students across floors seven through sixteen—offering a true “live and learn” experience at the heart of Pace.
Pace offers five residence halls on our Westchester Campus, from classic residence halls to suite style living to townhouses. We work hard to make living at our Westchester Campus as safe and comfortable as possible, while being engaging and fun. Our residential program is designed to create a supportive environment for students to live and learn.
Centrally located in the heart of campus, Alumni Hall is a four-story residence hall that houses 527 students in semi-suites.
Pace’s newest residence, Elm Hall, is a modern, sustainable, and dynamic living and learning community.
Martin Hall houses 200 upper level students who enjoy a close community of friends. Martin Hall residential students are housed in single, double, and triple rooms. Martin Hall is also home to the student-run, late-night cafe, The Pace Perk.
North Hall houses 200 upper-level students who enjoy a close community of friends. Similar in design to Martin, North Hall also offers single, double, and triple rooms. Fun Fact: Back in the '70s and '80s, when the New York Giants used Pace's facilities for training camp, players would stay in North Hall.
The Townhouses include 36 tri-level apartments for upper level students. Each unit houses eight students in four double rooms, which have built-in closets and dressers.
