The staff is here to support units across the College with their communication needs. We produce print materials such as flyers, brochures, and ads; manage social media accounts; and create stories that feature students and members of our community.
We are pleased to partner with all departments at CHP and look forward to telling your stories.
Submit a Request for Services
Please use our marketing request form to submit requests for all services. Examples of services include:

Please go to the form, select the service(s) and provide the requested details. A member of our team will reach out to you to confirm receipt. In order to ensure we are providing the most efficient service, we are unable to accept email requests. Requests received through email will be responded to with a prompt to complete the form.

Once the above forms have been completed, please include them in your submission to our communications team to ensure your request is processed.
When planning events, always consider the time needed for promotion. Providing your audience with advance notice will help ensure a well-attended event.
Faculty and Staff
Do you have an update to make to your Pace online faculty profile page? You can submit your updates using our Faculty Profile Builder form. As of fall 2024, we are now creating a staff profile page as well! You can submit your information using our Staff Profile Builder form.
We are updating the Pace University Experts database. If you would like to be considered for media opportunities, please submit your details on the Experts Database form.

Photography Services
We are happy to support your departments photography needs but cannot guarantee that our team will be available for all requests. If you have an event or other occasion that you would like to request a photographer, please submit a marketing request form as soon as possible. If we are unable to attend the event, or the photos you need require professional services, we recommend requesting a University Relations photographer.
Need a headshot? We are available to take free headshots in the Fall and Spring semesters. For any headshots taken by our marketing team, the image will be used for your faculty/staff online profile. In addition to our services, University Relations frequently schedules free headshot opportunities.
Timelines and Schedules
Our team checks our submission forms daily for requests. Certain requests have a minimum lead time needed.
- Emails to Alumni - 20 days
- Event Requests (photography, event support, etc) - 1 month
- Newsletter Submissions - 5 days (we send newsletters out on the 1st and 15th of each month)
- Printed documents (brochures, flyers, etc) - 14 days (some print projects will require additional lead time, depending on the print vendor's requirements)
For email blasts, to ensure that we are not over-saturating our audience, we send one email per day. If you have an emergent email that requires immediate notice, please complete a marketing request form and contact Jodi Staller.
If you have updates or pictures you would like to share on the official social media channels, our team will review the submission and add to our content calendar as appropriate. We ask that all images and video shared be high-quality to ensure that we are best representing CHP.
